       Solid Design is a design consulting business located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California.  With 10 years experience, we have been working diligently to design superior automation equipment in the medical, semiconductor and diffusion furnace industries.  We use these many years of valuable experience to design solid mechanical assemblies.  These custom assemblies can perform certain labor intensive tasks completely automatically.  The automation of manual labor intensive assembly / processes can be done in a  time saving and cost effective way to streamline your in house processes and eliminate some of the variables of manual operator dependent products.  The automated machine will be consistent in handling the products it processes.

    We have experience of design in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Pro-E.  We can design, document, and even prototype (small table top) equipment to meet your needs.   Show me your process that requires automation, and I can come up with a solution with solid ideas and solid documentation to build your project in a cost effective way.
